The making of A Single-Page WordPress Launch for a Healthcare eBook Series
The Billing Blueprint sells revenue-cycle eBooks to healthcare leaders. We built their WordPress landing page — two bundles, Stan Store checkout. See how.

Challenges
- Eleven digital titles across two bundles and single guides could easily have become a small store with a cart, but a $299 executive purchase is made on the strength of the argument, not the catalogue — so the build is one persuasive page with checkout handed off, and the client never has to run an e-commerce stack
- The platform serves two very different buyers — an executive choosing a leadership toolkit and a biller choosing day-to-day workflows — and one page had to speak to both without diluting either, which is why the problem section is framed around revenue leakage both recognise and the offer splits into two clearly labelled cards
- A founder-run business needs a site she can edit without a developer, so the page is built on a WordPress block theme with a single forms plugin and third-party services for payment and email, rather than a page builder and a plugin stack that would need maintaining
Solution
The Billing Blueprint is an education platform for healthcare revenue cycle professionals, founded by Laura McKinzie-Hinton, MBA, CRCR, after years leading revenue cycle transformation across physician practices, FQHCs and behavioral health organisations. The product is a digital library: a seven-book RCM Leadership Series for executives at $299, an eight-book Revenue Essentials bundle for billers, coders and practice managers at $199, and single guides from $49.99. Rather than a multi-page site for a catalogue of eleven titles, we built a single long-form WordPress landing page on a block theme, structured as a sales argument from problem to offer: the revenue that leaks through denials and front-end errors, the seven guides as the solution, reader testimonials, the founder's credentials, two bundle cards side by side, a free sample chapter for anyone not ready to buy, a six-question FAQ and a coming-soon roadmap. Checkout hands off to Stan Store so the client sells digital downloads without running a store, MailerLite captures the email for the sample chapter and the newsletter, and WPForms handles contact — a build the founder can edit herself, with no plugin stack to maintain.

Design
The palette borrows from the boardroom: a near-black navy for the hero, the solution band and the offer section, a slightly lighter navy for headings on white, a warm gold for every button, the price figures and the section kickers — the one colour on the page, and one that reads as authority rather than urgency — and white with a pale grey for alternating sections. Montserrat carries the whole page, Bold for the headlines and the numbered guide titles, Regular for the long persuasive copy and the FAQ, so the type never competes with the argument. Buttons are softly rounded at 12px in gold with navy text, the bundle cards sit side by side with the same height and the same button position so the comparison is honest, and the audience marquee under the hero runs in small uppercase navy — a single moving element on an otherwise still page.

Montserrat
The single face across the page, set in Bold for the headlines, guide titles and bundle prices and Regular for the copy, testimonials and FAQ. A wide geometric sans that holds a long sales page together without a second voice.
What we built
One Page, Built as an Argument
The Problem, The Solution, What's Inside, testimonials, About, The Offer, a free sample, FAQ and Coming Soon — a single scrolling page with an anchor navigation, so the reader is walked from the cost of leaking revenue to the bundle that fixes it without ever leaving the page.
The Problem, Quantified in Three Cards
Denials piling up, front-end eligibility errors and no clear playbook — three cards under a 'Revenue Is Quietly Leaking' headline, naming the pains a revenue cycle leader recognises before the product is mentioned.
Seven Guides as a Numbered Grid
Financial Mastery, Data Decisions and Dollars, The Executive Playbook, AI in RCM, Growth and Integration, The Modern RCM Executive and Transformational Leadership — each with a one-line promise, so the $299 bundle is seen as seven specific answers rather than one abstract product.
Two Bundles, Side by Side
The executive Leadership Series at $299 and the eight-book Revenue Essentials bundle at $199, each with its full contents listed, a one-time lifetime-access line and its own button — the two audiences the platform serves choose their own card.
Checkout Handed to Stan Store
Every buy button links to the client's Stan Store, which handles payment and delivery of the PDFs — no WooCommerce, no payment gateway to maintain, and a 'secure checkout via Stan Store' line under each price so the hand-off is expected rather than surprising.
A Free Sample Chapter
A 'Not Ready Yet?' section offering a sample chapter from the Leadership Series in exchange for an email, captured through MailerLite — the step between a cold visitor and a $299 purchase, feeding the same list as the newsletter.
Founder Credentials as Proof
An About Your Guide section built around Laura McKinzie-Hinton's MBA and CRCR, her leadership across practices, FQHCs and behavioral health, and four named competencies — in a market where the author's track record is the product.
Audience Marquee and Who It's For
A scrolling strip — physician practices, behavioral health, FQHCs, billers and coders, practice managers, administrators — repeated as a Who It's For list, so each of the eight audiences sees themselves named before the offer.
FAQ That Pre-Empts the Objections
Who it is for, what format the guides are in, whether the books come together or separately, how the two bundles differ, how access works after purchase and whether a sample is available — six questions that answer the support emails before they are sent.
Coming Soon Roadmap
An e-course, certificate programmes, live training, an AI in RCM series, more eBooks and downloadable toolkits listed as coming soon — the page sells today's library while signalling the platform it is becoming.
