We don't run an open careers page because we don't want to fake urgency we don't feel. Our hiring is opportunistic — when client demand calls for it, we hire from a short bench of senior engineers we've kept warm.

What we look for
- Shipped real AI / agent / RAG systems in production (not just prototyped)
- Comfortable building under guardrails — observability, eval suites, refusal patterns
- Honest about what doesn't work — we'd rather have caution than confidence
- Comfortable in async, written communication — most of our team is
- Time zone flexibility · we work with US, EU, ANZ clients
