Every other Thursday, we run free 30-minute office hours. Bring an AI problem — early-stage, fuzzy, half-formed. Leave with a decision and an honest read.
Different from a discovery call — office hours are for problems you're not ready to buy yet. Discovery is for problems you're close to scoping.
What happens in 30 minutes
You describe your problem
5 minutes. The fuzzier the better — office hours are designed for the early-stage questions, not the late-stage scoping.
We ask the hard questions
20 minutes. Who's the owner? What's the data look like? What's the deflection math? Has it been tried before?
You leave with a decision
5 minutes. Build now, build later, don't build at all. We'll be honest about which one. Email follow-up with the punch list.
Ground rules
- Real problems only — not 'I want to learn about AI in general'
- One topic per session — bring your highest-leverage question
- Bring a stakeholder if the decision-maker isn't you
- Recordings off by default · we don't keep the call data after the email follow-up
- Not a sales call · we'll tell you if we're not the right team
