Cancellation and Refund policy

Introduction

Alian Software (“we,” “our,” or “us”) believes in total client (“you” or “your” or “your’s”) satisfaction. All Services by Alian Software are acknowledged and executed only after a detailed review and the formation of a comprehensive project document, to make sure that we have a clear knowledge and understanding of the work and actions to be performed, thereby eliminating the chances of a project or contract cancellation/conflict.

Project Cancelation:

In case, you are dissatisfied with the work provided by us, you can cancel the project or contract. Following are the processes to be followed for project cancellation:

  • – Any ongoing project cancellation requires at least 20 days of prior written notice with the reason for this action sent to sales@aliansoftware.net with the Subject “Project Cancellation”. 
  • – If more than 80% of the work has been completed throughout the project or after its completion, the project cannot be terminated. The client must bear the expenses and pay the invoiced amount for the project work done by Alian Software.

Refund:

We will only process your refund if the following requirements are met.

  • – If you have done the up-front payment for a project or work to us, you can apply for a refund within 3 working days of the date of payment. No refund application will be considered after the day exceeding that.
  • – In any ongoing or hourly project, the refund would be initiated only on the current or the latest invoice, not on the past invoices.
  • – To apply for a refund, you need to send an application stating the proper reason for the project cancelation and refund to sales@aliansoftware.net. If the stated cause is false, no refund will be issued.
  • – The client would only receive a 90% refund amount of the latest or current paid invoice by the same payment method used.

Typically, refunds will be reflected in the bank account within 7 days from the date of refund granting. Before making a payment, carefully check and verify that you completely understand our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Email us if you have any further questions regarding our policies.
